From here, we review and finalize the contract with you, and ensure clarity around the financial commitment. Easily our most favorite phase in the design process, the design plans are revealed which include floor plans, 3D renderings, inspirational imagery, specific color palette and all final finishes for your space. All of the design details are discussed and fine-tuned during this phase. We also discuss financial estimates and review next steps in purchase agreements and deposits.

There are countless design decisions that need to be made during a remodel or new build from flooring to lighting and everything in between! We streamline this process for you so you're able to maximize both value and beauty in your home. We handle project management, procurement, tracking + communication updates for you over the course of your project. We're here for you every step of the way! Additionally, in this phase construction typically begins and we'll partner closely with the contractor to make sure every detail is ironed out.

In the final phase of your project, we bring the conceptual design plans to life! Once construction is complete and everything from furniture to accessories is installed, it is time for you to enjoy your home!
