Our design rate is billed at $150 per hour with a 20% retainer required upon signature of the contract. This retainer will be held & applied to the final bill, with the balance of hourly design fees being billed monthly as hours are accrued.

 

Payments for all furniture, decor, wall & window coverings, etc. are required in full before purchase. The contract & listed rates are valid for 30 days from the date sent to the client by Gable Interiors.

Payment of retainer reserves the project spot in the design schedule.
